How do I reserve classroom space for a function associated with the University or its departments?
Contact your department or college office directly for classroom space reservation associated with university or departmental use.

 

How do I reserve on-campus space for a function not associated with the University or its departments?

Who do I contact to adjust air temperature in an on-campus space?
Contact Facilities Work Control at (415) 338-1568 or submit a work request online.

 

Who do I contact when classroom furniture does not meet room capacity?
Contact your department or college office if you need to replace missing chairs or desks. If, however, your class roster exceeds room capacity contact the Scheduling Office at (415) 338-1011.

 

Who do I contact for small or large moves?
Contact your department or college office if you need an item or multiple items moved. Construction or renovation projects associated with Capital Planning, contact Frank Young, Administrative Analyst in at (415) 405-4017.

 

What do I do with items in my office that I no longer need?
Contact your department or college office to arrange for a mover to pick up the items for disposal.
NOTE:  Remember to fill-out a property survey form if items are tagged, before donating or disposing of unwanted items. Please contact Grover Rudolph or Daniel Mackie in Fiscal Affairs at (415) 338-1365 with questions or concerns to state property disposal.

 

How do I donate items to off-campus charities?
If  you would like to donate these items to a charity, feel free to contact the charity on your own to arrange a pick-up time with them. If you donate state property, remember to fill-out a survey form (Property Survey Request Form (PDF) and to get a letter from the charity stating the exact items that were donated as well as their dollar worth. Please contact Grover Rudolph or Daniel Mackie in Fiscal Affairs at (415) 338-1365 with questions or concerns.
