This is the form to request Academic Resources (AR) spaces for special and one-time events.
This form is only for users who are listed as Event Points of Contact between the colleges and AR. Please refer to the list here. If you are not your college’s Event Point of Contact with AR, please reach out to your Point of Contact with your request.
This form should NOT be used for requesting room changes for regularly scheduled classes.
25Live works best with Google Chrome, so switch to that browser if possible. Microsoft Edge also works, but Firefox is known to have issues with this form.
Instructions:
- Click the "Login" button and log in with your SFSU single sign-on (SSO).
- Click on any of the open spaces on the schedule that appears to open the form.
- Fill out the form following the instructions here. Fill in the “Additional Event Information” fields that are relevant to your event (for example, whether your event includes guests from outside of SFSU is important).
- Once you are done, hit “Save” to submit your request.
