Academic Resources manages the allocation and tracking of the Academic Affairs budget to the academic units of San Francisco State University, the production of the Class Schedule, the assignment of University space, and Academic Institutional Research. This unit reports to the provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs. Academic Resources is committed to providing accurate and timely data and services to the campus community. Oversees Academic Affairs Budget of 135 million dollars.
Coordinate Academic Schedule.
Coordinate Academic Space Management including: projections of space needs, classroom allocation, lecture halls, and faculty office space. Oversee planning, construction, retrofitting, technology installation of classroom/lecture/lab spaces.
Oversees Academic Institutional Research, which supplies reports on a variety of data to support the University in its efforts of accountability, internal reporting, decision making, improvement and planning.
