Assignments are subject to change based on the needs of the instructional program.
Please submit requests at least three (3) business days prior to the event date. Requests can be submitted in advance in a maxium of 1 month.
Use this form to request use of University controlled lecture rooms for one time events. Faculty should continue to submit their requests through their department/college office coordinator.
Student groups must submit room requests through the Student Involvement & Career Center, www.sfsu.edu/~sicc.
Please note that the blackout out days are "the first two weeks of instruction and finals weeks in (Fall & Spring)".
NOTE: If you are scheduling a weekend activity, it is your responsibility to notify University Police Department (UPD) in advance. UPD prefers that you fax your notification; their fax number is 338-1926. If the fax is not working, then you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you find the building or room is still locked, you should call the dispatch number, 338-7200.
This form should NOT be used for requesting room changes for regularly scheduled classes.
